The CITY STATE ASTURIAS Hotel was our home sweet home last March and is located a bit south but close enough to major tourist landmarks and attractions. Its only few minutes away from the restaurants and a short walk away from the Robinsons Malls – which was a big factor.I am talking about proximity to local markets and malls.
Upon arrival, the staff were all courteous and friendly. The hotel has a comfortable lobby. Rooms were just fine – cozy, clean and relaxing ambiance. What I enjoyed the most is a very pretty inner courtyard with big swimming pool, large palm trees and native vegetation. The pool is gorgeous, a perfect depth and such a stunner for lounging in when the hotel is quiet in the morning.
The dining area is close to the lobby. The morning and evening buffets are quite good with excellent service. So in addition to the desk staff, the rest of the hotel staff have the typical courteousness, friendliness and helpfulness which is what I enjoyed the most.
